Your AI just learned how to publish web pages. Let me show you how before the beer gets warm at Steel Toe.
Everything you publish shows up in my dashboard. In real time. I will see it. I will judge it. I will probably text you about it. You've been warned.
You know how you talk to Claude (the AI) and it gives you smart answers? Well, I just gave your Claude superpowers.
Now when you're chatting with Claude, you can say things like "publish a page about why investment properties in the Twin Cities are crushing it right now" and it will actually build a professional web page and publish it live. On the internet. For real. With a URL you can send to clients.
No coding. No WordPress. No waiting for your nephew to "get to it." Just talk to the AI, and it publishes.
Think of it like this: your 20 years of IQ Realty knowledge + AI writing + instant publishing = you look like a tech wizard to every investor in the Twin Cities. You're welcome.
Follow these steps exactly. Don't improvise. You're a real estate broker, not a hacker. Yet.
Go to claude.ai and log in. If you don't have an account, make one. It's free to start.
Bottom-left corner. It's a little circle with your initial or photo. Click it.
It's in the menu that pops up. You can't miss it.
Left sidebar. This is where the magic connections live.
Big button. Click it. A box will appear asking for a URL.
Copy that whole thing. Paste it in. Click Connect, then click Allow when it asks.
That's it. You're done. Seriously.
That's YOUR site. That's where your pages live. Every time you ask Claude to publish, include "publish to joe.asapai.net" in your message. If you publish to some random domain, it won't work and Jason will shake his head disapprovingly.
Open a new conversation in Claude.ai (important — start fresh so it loads the NowPage tools). Then just... talk to it. Here's how:
Every time you want to publish, just include "publish to joe.asapai.net" somewhere in your message. Claude handles the rest.
"Publish a page to joe.asapai.net with slug 'multifamily-guide' about the top 5 things investors need to know before buying multifamily in Minnesota. Write it like I'm explaining to a smart client over coffee."
"Publish a page to joe.asapai.net with slug 'q1-2026-market' — write a Q1 2026 Twin Cities investment real estate market update. Include rental trends, inventory levels, and where the smart money is going. Make it look like a professional report."
"Publish a page to joe.asapai.net with slug '1031-guide' explaining 1031 tax exchanges in plain English. My clients always ask about this — make it clear, professional, and actually useful. Include timelines and common mistakes."
"Publish a page to joe.asapai.net with slug 'bitdevs-recap' about my experience at the BitDevs MPLS Socratic Seminar 36. Talk about how AI agents, vibe coding, and agentic payments are going to change how real estate transactions work. Make it edgy and forward-thinking."
Every page you publish pings my dashboard. I get a notification. I see the content. I see the slug. I see when you published it. This is like Santa's naughty list but for web pages. Use your powers wisely, Joe.
Same publishing power, different AI. Takes 5 minutes to set up a Custom GPT.
Right now you're publishing to joe.asapai.net — which is awesome and free because I like you.
But if you want pages on iqrealty.com or your own custom domain? We can set that up. That's what the full hosting package looks like. Hit me up and we'll talk.
